Jocelyn earned her Bachelor of Business Management from Shorter College, Master of Human Resource Management from Troy State University, and an Ed. D in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University. In addition to her accomplishments in higher education, Jocelyn is a certified Change management Practitioner, Penn Master Resilience Trainer, serves on the board of trustee for Atlanta Technical College, active member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Association for Talent Development (ATD). </p><p>Jocelyn is successful in linking persuasive human relations skills with sound business practices focused on high performing organizations and undergraduate and graduate students. Jocelyn has over 20 years of teaching experience specializing in Business Management, Human Resource Management and Organizational Leadership programs. higher education administration and small to mid-size organizations providing guidance in the areas of; career transition, leadership assessments, employee relations, and competency analysis. Jocelyn has developed and implemented training and organizational programs for Strayer University, Devry University, and fortune 500 organizations along with, providing consulting services and needs assessments for several organizations. </p><p>Jocelyn enjoys spending time mentoring undergraduate and graduate students where she shares her knowledge and passion for professional growth.
